11.2 osmotic pressure 渗透压

是指以抵挡溶剂透过一种只允许溶剂通过而不允许溶质通过的半透膜的压力。即溶质分子通过半透膜的一种吸水力量，其大小取决于溶质颗粒数目的多少，而与溶质的分子量、半径等特性无关。

渗透浓度的测量：

◆ 通常是以容量渗透摩尔浓度（osmolarity）或重量渗透摩尔浓度（osmolality）表示。
◆ 一个摩尔的溶质存在于一升溶剂中可产生一个渗透摩尔（osmole）。

渗透浓度的测量：

◆ osmolarity 是指每升溶液中溶质的摩尔数。
◆ 由于溶液的体积随加入的溶质的量、温度和压力的变化而变化，因此容量渗透摩尔浓度是难以测量的。
◆ osmolality是指每公斤溶剂中所存在的溶质微粒的毫摩尔数；重量渗透摩尔浓度应由渗透后来衡量，
◆ 由于在温度和压力不变的情况下溶剂的量是不变的，因此重量渗透摩尔浓度是很容易评估的，因而也就成为常用的术语。从技术上来讲，重量渗透摩尔浓度应由渗透后来衡量，但是，渗透压的测量并不那么容易。由于渗透压是与溶质的总摩尔浓度成正比，因此在渗透压与冰点降低或蒸汽压降低（vapor pressure depression）之间存在正相关的关系。所以，其它依数特性的测量通常是以重量渗透摩尔浓度来表示。
